One of the choices in Romeo and Juliet that leads to the ultimate death of the two young lovers is Romeo going to the party or not. Romeo goes there to see his original lover Rosaline but was struck and fell in love with Juliet at his first sight, they then get married the next day. Romeo’s impulsive move to kill Tybalt to avenge the loss of his best friend also leads to their death as Romeo and Juliet would now be further restricted from meeting up with each other as Tybalt was a capulet and Romeo was banished from verona.
